New Homes Sales Manager – Gloucestershire

Are you a dynamic and driven property professional with a passion for new homes sales? Join our clients thriving estate agency as a New Homes Sales Manager and lead their dedicated team in delivering outstanding results for developers and buyers alike.

About the Role

As their New Homes Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing theirnew homes division. You’ll work closely with developers, oversee site launches, and drive sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. You’ll also mentor a team of sales consultants, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with housebuilders and developers

Manage all aspects of new homes marketing and sales

Oversee on-site staff and manage site set-up, launch and performance

Prepare sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, and report to senior leadership

Provide guidance and training to the new homes team

Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Requirements

Proven experience in new homes sales, preferably in a managerial role

Strong understanding of the property development lifecycle

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets
