A leading developer is seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Advisor for their Maidstone site. The successful candidate will take charge of sales generation, guiding homebuyers through their journey while enjoying industry-leading training and a supportive work environment.

We’re looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to complement our team onsite in Maidstone. Working on a large site of 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes. The working days will be Thursday-Monday.
The main purpose of this role is sales generation and to act as the primary point of contact for perspective house buyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home.
