Our New Homes business is flourishing across Kent, and we need additional like-minded people to join the team and play a pivotal role in our success.

You will be working alongside one of our Premium Developer partners, based in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to sell a contemporary collection of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes. We welcome applications from anyone who has previously worked in New Homes or is currently an Estate Agent eager to transition into New Homes sales.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Pattern: 3-day working week – Saturday, Sunday & Monday, 10am – 5pm

Daily Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting customers, establishing great relationships, and helping them make their dream move
  • Recognizing opportunities to assist further and presenting relevant products and services
  • Initiating potential leads and referring customers to relevant colleagues
  • Maintaining communication with Developers and customers
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in New Homes sales (essential)
  • Be the “Go-to” person for clients and developers
  • Confidence, excellent telephone manner, rapport-building skills, and a genuine desire to help customers
  • Professional, organized, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations
  • Hardworking with the determination to achieve targets
