Location: This role is based in Kingsland, GA, but we’re hiring talent in nearby communities—St. Marys, Woodbine, Brunswick, Fernandina Beach, and Northern Jacksonville.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide homebuyers through choosing, customizing, and closing on new homes
  • Build and maintain relationships—lead generation, local networking, follow-ups
  • Marketing and outreach in your area: Open houses, community events, social media presence
  • Use modern tools & CRM to track leads, client details, and pipelines
  • Show up when it counts: weekends and onsite presence required

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in sales, real estate, or strong customer service with proven results
  • A knack for communication, relationship building, and adapting to different buyer types
  • Technologically comfortable: CRM, presentation platforms, some digital marketing savvy
  • Willing to get / hold a real estate license if required by job
  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

Earnings:

  • Begin with a guaranteed salary during your training and ramp-up period (up to 5 months), then transition to our performance-based plan with uncapped commissions once you’re sales-floor ready. Enjoy faster payouts and consistent earnings—half of your commission is paid upfront and the rest at closing.
  • Typical earnings range$100,000-$150,000+, depending on activity and success.
