Key responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the sales journey, providing expert advice on Shared Ownership options
  • Conduct professional viewings of show homes and development sites
  • Negotiate and progress sales from initial enquiry to completion
  • Maintain impeccable presentation standards within the sales suite
  • Manage a comprehensive sales database with meticulous attention to detail
  • Qualify customer requirements and match them to suitable properties
  • Resolve customer queries and challenges with creative solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Shared Ownership products
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong customer service ethos with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
  • Full driving licence with access to own transport
  • Flexibility to work weekends and variable hours as required
