Job description

Do you have some experience or interest in property and a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for someone proactive and motivated to support our New Homes team helping our customers to move into their dream home.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our experienced team within a leading Letting and Estate Agency, based at our flagship Reading office, and part of a wider team encompassing Michael Hardy Estate Agents in Wokingham and Crowthorne and Foxtons in London.

Our vision is to be the best estate agency services business and to achieve this we aim to provide the very best customer experience at all times. You will help us achieve this through great customer service and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Site set-up including management of the due diligence process and procurement of all required information ready for marketing the development
  2. Managing the listing of properties on our CRM system
  3. Assisting (including updating and reconciling) with sales ledgers, invoices and forecasts
  4. Timely updating of the New Homes department quick reference ‘crib’ sheet
  5. Production of client and customer letters, such as instruction letters, sales memos and letters
  6. Setting up and maintaining accurate and fresh details on our CRM system
  7. Procuring and processing all appropriate documentation (e.g. AML, scaled plans, title docs, ID)
  8. Procuring marketing collateral (e.g. photos) and creating sales details
  9. To abide by and help police the department’s compliance with policies and procedures of the Company, and, where appropriate, those of our clients (e.g New Homes Quality Code)
  10. Proactively identify gaps in processes and procedures and propose the appropriate mitigation to your line manager
Working pattern
  1. Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm
  2. Friday 8:30am to 5pm

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication
  2. Forward thinking with the ability to anticipate the needs of the team and clients
  3. Excellent attention to detail
  4. Confident in dealing with a vast array of clients in a professional manner
  5. Previous experience in New Homes desirable
