Salary: Basic £20k-£24k + Commission of £50k+ (uncapped)

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports to: New Homes Manager

The Role:

As a New Homes Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of our developments – representing leading housebuilders and driving qualified buyers through to completion. You'll work across multiple sites, bringing passion, market insight, and a digital-first mindset to every customer interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the sales process and KPI accountability: enquiries, viewings, reservations etc.
  • Using our tech-enabled platform to expertly qualify applicants, manage leads, CRM activity, more efficiently
  • Hosting standout viewings that showcase not just homes – but lifestyles
  • Building genuine relationships with buyers
  • Leveraging marketing and digital tools to drive interest and engagement
  • Feeding back to our operations and marketing teams to constantly improve our offer
  • Working some weekends (flexibly) to align with buyer demand and site activity

What You’ll Bring:
