We are working with a well-established and growing housebuilder who are expanding their presence across the East Midlands. They are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to join their regional team and play a key role in driving reservations and delivering an exceptional buying experience for customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in property sales (new homes or estate agency) who is looking to join a reputable developer at an exciting stage of growth.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be based on-site at new developments, acting as the main point of contact for potential buyers. You'll manage the full customer journey - from the very first enquiry right through to legal completion - ensuring a smooth and professional process every step of the way.

  • Previous experience in new homes sales or a strong background in residential property sales.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales opportunities across allocated sites, achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Guide purchasers through the buying process, delivering outstanding service throughout.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
  • Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and internal colleagues to progress sales efficiently.
  • Keep the show homes and sales suite presented to the highest standards.
  • Monitor local market activity and competitor developments.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional events as required.
