Working Hours:

  • 5-day working pattern with days in lieu when working weekends.

As the New Homes Sales Advisor, your role will involve:

  • Managing the Sales process from offer to completion ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
  • Support purchases with tailored selections and upgrades to personalise the new home.
  • Initiating outbound calls to Prospective clients by using the database.
  • Work closely with in house mortgage and protection advisors to support cross selling.
  • Collaborating directly with the developer and our New Homes Director to align on project goals and client needs.

Requirements for the New Homes Sales Advisor:

  • Full Uk Driving Licence
  • Previous experience as a New Homes Sales Advisor.
  • A proven track record achieving targets in a similar position.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to deal with the full sales and conveyancing process.
  • Able to provide a high level of customer service and have strong computer skills.
