Job summary

Taylors Estate Agents, part of Connells Group, is seeking a New Homes Manager to win instructions for new sites and build strong relationships with developers in Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. The role focuses on securing Sole Agency status and delivering strong sales results within a supportive environment.

You will be the main liaison for regional sales leadership, stay alert to new site opportunities, and drive growth through proactive relationship management and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder/developer
• Experience in Estate Agent, Residential Sales, Lettings Sales is advantageous
• Strong ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area
• Win instructions to new sites
• Gaining and keeping Sole Agency
• Ensure the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard
• Be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Directors
• Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate opportunities for the company
