Job Description

As a New Homes Business Development Consultant at OnTheMarket, you will manage, nurture, and grow your existing client base. You will work within a dynamic team, adopting an entrepreneurial approach to sell, train, and retain clients on the suite of OTM products. Your role is pivotal in helping us become the UK's number 1 Residential Property portal.

Responsibilities
  • Develop business growth by sourcing, generating, and building new business for OTM
  • Understand the OTM suite of products and how they support customer needs
  • Identify new sales leads and contact potential clients
  • Meet with clients in person
  • Manage relationships with Head Office or Regional offices
  • Negotiate business terms with clients
  • Collaborate with senior team members to manage risks and communicate results
  • Build communication skills and product knowledge to pitch effectively
  • Represent OTM at industry events and network with property professionals
Qualifications
  • Proven sales success, ideally in online marketplaces, portals, or B2B environments
  • Experience in managing and growing client accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and objection handling skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work with metrics
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Consultative selling style and relationship-building ability
  • Ability to navigate large organisations to identify decision-makers and influencers
