Join Dandara at our beautiful Meadow View development in Whitehouse, just a 15-minute drive from central Milton Keynes. Surrounded by open countryside, this highly desirable collection of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes offers the perfect setting to help buyers find their dream home.

We’re one of the UK’s most respected private housebuilders, with a 30+ year track record and over 100 awards for quality and design. And we’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to help us continue that success.

Working Pattern

This role requires working 5 days in seven with a 2 day break on either a Tues/Weds or Weds/Thurs, on a rota, so you must be happy working weekends.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the successful New Home Sales Consultant will be an expert at selling customers their dream home. At Dandara we know those first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.

What you will do:

  • Engaging Customers: Welcome visitors, showcase our homes, build lasting relationships, and guide buyers through every step of their journey.

  • Driving Sales: Manage negotiations, handle sales paperwork, upsell optional extras, and keep deals moving smoothly from reservation to completion.

  • Keeping It Sharp: Ensure the sales suite and showhomes always look their best, handle enquiries, and stay on top of admin and market trends.

What you will have:

  • Experience of new homes sales
  • Excellent communication, organisational, self-motivational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills
  • Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business
  • Full UK Driving License
  • You must be able to work weekends.
