Job summary

Ethos Resourcing is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor close to Cambridge. This position offers a basic salary of up to £30k with OTE up to £60k, presenting an excellent opportunity to join a 4* National House Builder.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming prospective buyers, demonstrating new homes, and maintaining the Sales Suite while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales role with a competing brand.
• Enthusiastic and customer-friendly demeanor.
• Ability to demonstrate and market new homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet potential purchasers.
• Demonstrate new homes to buyers.
• Report on sales performance against targets.
• Manage marketing activities.
• Maintain the Sales Suite.
