Avon Hospital’s Stepdown Unit specializes in the care of patients with major medical and surgical diagnoses. Caregivers in this unit provide the highest quality, and safest, care possible through teamwork and collaboration. By taking this opportunity, you will join a multi‑disciplinary team that has open communication, intentional collaboration, and a friendly work environment.As an RN Resident on this unit, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed.
A caregiver in this position works nights 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with weekend and holiday requirements.
