UKCIL is seeking a dedicated female Personal Assistant/Support Worker to support a 20-year-old girl with complex needs, autism, and severe learning disabilities in Bath, UK. The role involves flexible hours, approximately 12-15 hours per week, with pay at £13.47 per hour, funded by BANES local authority.

Job Description:

The role requires providing 1:1 support to assist with daily living, communication, and engaging in activities such as outdoor trips, community outings, and supporting her interaction with family. Support is needed to help her develop independence, communication, and social skills, with training provided. The girl has experienced recent family losses, emphasizing the importance of consistent, stable support.

Essential Criteria:

  • Trustworthy with good timekeeping and flexibility
  • Current full UK driving license and own vehicle preferred
