TSR Legal has a rare and outstanding opportunity for a corporate partner to join an impressive commercial firm with offices in Cardiff. They have a highly reputable corporate law practice with a fantastic client portfolio, consisting of major organizations and industry leaders.

The Role:

• Clear structure and strategy – Corporates, OMBs, Private Equity, Banking – looking to join a corporate law team recognised as leading.
• Range of work from entrepreneurs to national and international corporate work.

The Person:

• Genuine expert in the field (M & A, private equity, restructuring).
• Awareness of clients' commercial imperatives and able to tailor advice accordingly.
• Anticipates legal needs of clients and acts accordingly.
• Can draft complex, bespoke, or unprecedented documentation.
• Knowledgeable on document requirements for various matters.
• Comprehensive understanding of most aspects of matters with sound tactical awareness.
• Capable of supervising a team in preparing documentation.
• A safe pair of hands, able to deliver technical legal work to clients and provide excellent service without supervision.
