Commercial Property Lawyer | Partner - £85,000 - £100,000 salary

The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join an outstanding Commercial Property team to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of Commercial Property.

Responsibilities: Involves working across diverse sectors, dealing with acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, licenses, property development, portfolio management, and construction matters.

The firm is recognised across the country as a highly successful law firm with a strong reputation built on genuine client relationships and their exceptional people. This position has arisen due to consistent growth.

About you

1. Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 10+ PQE
2. Commercial awareness is advantageous
3. Aspirations to mentor junior members of the team and aid in their development
4. Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
5. Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
6. Excellent organisation and time-management skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
