Are you ready for the next step in your Automotive retail career? We're recruiting for a commercially astute New Car Sales Manager to join one of our highly successful dealership sales teams. We seek someone who aspires to progress in a forward-thinking business and has a passion for new cars.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in automotive retail.
  • Experience with similar profile brands.
  • Ability to promote and nurture a customer care culture, delivering care consistent with manufacturer and Jardine Motors Group standards.
  • Use monthly management accounts to monitor and control sales department profitability and take appropriate actions to maximize opportunities.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans and budgets to meet financial, marketing, and sales targets.
  • Organize, direct, and control sales staff activities to meet plans and budgets.
  • Ensure optimal use of all resources.
  • Provide coaching and training to improve customer satisfaction, prospecting, follow-up, sales process, time management, and product knowledge.
