Job Title: New Car Sales Manager

Location: Taunton

Salary: £40,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £60,000) + Company Car

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00, with every Saturday 9:00-17:00 (Day off in the week) - 40 hours per week

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced New Car Sales Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Taunton area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable dealer group with a strong brand, working in a busy, state-of-the-art site. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in used car sales.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the senior management team.
  2. Manage the Sales Executive team to achieve strong monthly sales performance.
  3. Drive sales through effective processes and team training.
  4. Ensure the team provides excellent customer service, maximising sales and profit per unit, and collaborating with the finance team to secure the best deals for customers.
  5. Control the new car stock to match market demand.
  6. Ensure online adverts comply with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
