Job Title: New Car Sales Manager

Franchised Motor Dealership

Location: Greater Manchester Area

Salary: £35,000 basic | £55,000+ OTE

Hours: Standard showroom hours + day off in the week & alternate weekends off

My client is looking for a hands-on, passionate, and personable New Car Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team. This is a rare opportunity for someone to join a top automotive employer.

What we're looking for:

• A people person - customers and colleagues alike. This is a company that thrives on relationships, not robotic sales targets.
• Experience managing and assisting in a franchised car dealership sales environment.

The package:

• £35,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE of £55,000
• Electric Company car
• Standard hours with a day off midweek and 1 in 2 weekends off
