Sytner Group is excited to offer a Permanent New Car Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission.

Our New Car Sales Executives are at the heart of delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships.

As a New Car Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring excellent service every time.

About the role

Sytner Oldbury has an exciting opportunity for individuals with automotive customer service or sales experience.

You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them throughout the process of purchasing a new car.

The role involves working flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide the highest levels of service.

In addition to a salary and an achievable OTE of £52,500, benefits include a company car, subsidised manufacturer car schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym memberships, and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

Applicants should have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement.

You should possess good interpersonal skills, pride in engaging face-to-face with customers, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Please note, you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
