Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + commission

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be focused on identifying, approaching, and converting new business opportunities. Your day will be spent making high volumes of outbound calls, building rapport quickly, overcoming objections, and closing sales with potential customers across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers daily
• Identify and connect with decision-makers across relevant sectors
• Introduce the company’s products and value proposition clearly and persuasively
• Develop trust and build strong initial relationships with prospects
• Understand customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly
• Confidently handle objections and guide prospects toward conversion
• Close new business and secure initial orders
• Maintain and update a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales performance targets
• Collaborate with marketing and other sales teams to optimise campaign results
