Role Introduction

We’re seeking a driven and experienced New Business Sales professional to join One Advanced during an exciting growth phase.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads and nurturing client relationships within the software industry, particularly with innovative, tech-forward solutions. You will introduce our AI and automation-powered products to prospective clients, helping them achieve new efficiencies and smarter decision-making.

Our Distribution, Manufacturing & Retail vertical supports approximately 2,500 customers relying on our intelligent solutions in workforce management, finance, spend, and governance. As AI integration deepens across our clients' operations, your role will be pivotal in shaping their evolution and success.

What You Will Do
  • Qualify and convert prospects by understanding their strategic goals and positioning our solutions as essential to their success.
  • Tailor presentations and demos to address specific pain points, clearly communicating business value and ROI.
  • Build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels, guiding them through the buying process to close deals.
  • Manage your pipeline proactively to maximize deal velocity and progression.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and visibility at all funnel stages.
