As a New Business Manager, you will inherit and build upon a solid foundation of relationships across both Primary and Secondary Care, supported by comprehensive handover documentation from the outgoing incumbent.
We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial individual who thrives on autonomy and is passionate about healthcare innovation. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities within a well-defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow business across Primary and Secondary Care settings.Build on existing relationships and develop new opportunities across hospitals and NHS trusts.Leverage in-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape to tailor value-based solutions for customers.Work closely with KAM teams and internal stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.Interpret and act on detailed handover documentation to ensure continuity and growth.Operate with autonomy, taking full ownership of your territory.Represent a range of respected brands with professionalism and passion.Candidate Profile: Essential Requirements:
