About the role:

We’re looking for a New Business Managerto manage our expanding
pipeline of business opportunities.

The job

Every role at Coolr plays a vital part in the work we do. Here are some of
the key areas of responsibility for this role:

  • New Business Strategy & Process:Contribute to and execute
    the agency's overall business development strategy, helping to
    shape and prioritise target accounts and sectors. Working to ‘level
    up’ ways of working, efficiencies and new business process
    working closely with pitch teams of up to 15 people.
  • Managing RFIs and pitch development:Support the creation ofbespoke proposals, presentations, and pitch materials, this could be from researching multiple different sectors and industries, to creating decks, to coordinating responses to a RFI and being part of the procurement process.
  • Project Management:Provide insight, unprecedented
    communication and support to internal teams as they develop
    creative concepts and strategies for new business pitches.
  • Outbound Sales:Working with the team on the targeted coldoutreach programme including contact planning, contentmarketing and tracking of performance.
  • Building Strong Client Relationships:Cultivate and nurtureclient relationships with key decision-makers at prospective brands and serve as the main point of contact during the sales process.
  • Pitch Delivery:Upholding professionalism in our approach to the
    final pitch, this may include pitch theatre, pitch team prep and the
    in-person pitch.
  • Onboarding & Coordination:Once a pitch is won, coordinate thehandover of the client to the account management team, ensuring all relevant information and insights are passed on smoothly.
  • Regular Reporting:Prepare and deliver updates on new businessopportunities, wins, and pipeline health to senior leadership in support of the Growth Director.
  • Commercial Acumen & Scoping: Helping to liaise and support
    on all project scopes and accurate cost estimates, aligning creative
    concepts with client budgets to ensure profitable campaign
    delivery.

What we are looking for

Whilst we appreciate, you’re not just your CV and skills are transferable,these are some of the skills and experiences we think would set you up
for success in this role:

  • Creative & Strategic Thinking:Ability to understand client
    needs and translate them into actionable creative solutions and
    campaigns.
  • Project Management & Communication:Excels in helping to
    project manage and lead teams on all pitch task forces and
    workflows.
  • Agency Experience: Has prior experience working within a social
    or creative agency environment, demonstrating the ability to
    manage multiple client accounts, collaborate across
    multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic project
    requirements.
  • Client-Facing Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal
    skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and present
    confidently in front of clients.
  • Pitching & Negotiation:Proven track record of creating and
    delivering compelling pitches and negotiating contracts.
  • Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of the creative and
    digital landscape, particularly in the social media, influencer
    marketing, and content creation spaces.
  • Team Player:Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with
    creative, strategy, and senior leadership teams.
  • Proactive & Self-Motivated:Comfortable with taking the
    initiative and working autonomously while maintaining high levels
    of productivity and accountability.
  • Resilient & Adaptable:Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    and remain motivated.
