Role

About the role:

We’re looking for an ambitious and organised New Business Manager to accelerate our growth activities. Working closely with senior leadership, our Centres of Excellence, and our lead generation partner Ingenuity, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing our pipeline, ensuring strong credentials, and supporting successful pitches and proposals.

This role demands excellent organisation, relationship-building skills, and confidence in representing Bray Leino with prospects and partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage outbound outreach in partnership with our lead-generation partner.
  • Own and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, delivering regular reporting and running structured nurture programmes.
  • Coordinate mid-sized pitches alongside department heads and Centres of Excellence.
  • Support RFIs, RFPs and tenders, drafting high-quality presentations and documents.
  • Build and maintain a suite of credentials, case studies, and thought pieces for use across proposals and pitches.

About the person:

  • Experience working within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Skilled at developing presentations, with an eye for detail and the ability to articulate case studies compellingly.
  • Confident communicator who can engage prospects and create a strong first impression.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience working with lead generation partners is desirable.
