Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional for a freelance/contractor role with a large IT tech company, focusing on the Germany/DACH region. This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in New Business Development or Lead Generation
• Fluent proficiency in German and English
• A proven track record of exceeding prospecting targets
• Experience in IT tech sales (preferred)
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Ability to collaborate closely with team members and the Account Director to build a sales pipeline

This role requires full commitment and is typically 2-3 days per week, working remotely.
