They are seeking a New Business Executive to play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This client-facing role requires a proactive approach to business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to confidently engage with clients at all levels and present solutions clearly. They will demonstrate commercial awareness and business development acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and generate new business proactively. A self-motivated, organised approach is essential, with excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain a healthy pipeline. The role also requires a keen willingness to get on the phone, build relationships, and follow up consistently with potential clients. While not essential, experience or knowledge of the marine industry would be advantageous, providing additional context and credibility when engaging with prospects.
