Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

Salary: £55,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

My client is a fast-growing, forward-thinking insurance business that is making waves in the commercial market and they're now looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive to help drive their next stage of growth. This is a fully remote role with a high level of autonomy, ideal for someone who's ready to take ownership of a developing corporate book, bring in new business, and shape the future direction of the team with the view of developing a team around them in the future.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Building and managing your own pipeline through proactive prospecting, outreach, and lead generation.
  • Following up on qualified warm leads passed through the wider team.
  • Developing strong relationships with corporate-level clients, particularly in construction and leisure sectors.
  • Working with premiums from £10K-£100K+ GWP across multiple commercial lines.
  • Playing a key role in shaping the future structure of the team — with a clear path into leadership as the business scales.
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of commercial insurance experience, ideally with exposure to construction or complex commercial risks.
  • A track record in business development or sales, and the confidence to grow and manage your own pipeline.
  • Someone who works well independently, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Comfortable across multiple lines of business, and happy to get stuck into the detail when needed.
