About Us

Pure Powder is a well-established boutique travel agency specialising in high-end heli-skiing experiences in some of the most remote and exhilarating destinations on Earth. Our clients are passionate skiers seeking exclusive, tailor-made adventures. As we look to grow our business, we’re seeking an ambitious and strategic New Business Development Manager to drive our expansion into new products, markets and partnerships.

The Role

As our New Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our managing director and small operations team to build relationships with B2B partners, high-net-worth clients, ski clubs, luxury travel advisors, and outdoor lifestyle brands. You will need to be highly motivated and have strong commercial instincts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key markets – with the UK market the primary focus.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, luxury travel agents, ski lodges, and concierge services.
  • Help drive our marketing efforts to attract new clients and partners – taking a hands-on approach where needed.
  • Develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy focused on high-value leads.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and luxury travel summits.
  • Provide input on new product development based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in business development or sales, ideally in luxury travel, adventure tourism, or outdoor lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong network within the luxury or ski travel industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for skiing, heli-skiing, or high-end adventure travel is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and familiarisation trips.
