This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading providers of digital background music to the commercial sector. We are an independent, owner-managed business with over twenty years' experience delivering playlists and music players that shape some of the UK's leading brands. Our music profiles are played in businesses across the UK, Europe, and the world.

We work with world leaders in retail, hospitality, and leisure industries, helping our clients make and maintain genuine, lasting connections with their customers.

Following significant investment in people and technology, we are looking to expand our new business development sales team to maximize sales momentum. Recent investments have broadened our product offerings to address a wider, global commercial audience at various price points. Our goal is to target and service large, high-profile brands worldwide.

We seek a proactive individual who will develop leads and build lasting relationships across all target sectors. While our offices are in Clerkenwell, we believe face-to-face relationship building is most effective, and anticipate significant time spent out of the office.

C-Burn has been delivering bespoke music solutions and high-quality music players since 1998. Our brand is built on delivering high-fidelity sound quality combined with bespoke music curation to create unique atmospheres and brand sounds.

We are looking for an exceptional salesperson to grow our new business income by selling our digital music services into more UK and international businesses. The ideal candidate will have the flair and creativity to demonstrate how our expertise can create the perfect atmosphere, and to show that our solutions continue to innovate and meet sector demands.

Our focus is on making our clients successful by creating the customer experience foundation for their growth. We are known for high-quality hardware, bespoke playlists that stay on brand, and ongoing innovation to adapt to client needs.

To apply for this role, you should:

  • Be experienced in cold lead generation, new business development, and building relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Be highly accountable and proactive.
  • Have at least four years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B SaaS, or similar subscription-based solutions.
  • Be skilled in conceptual selling and familiar with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Inbound Selling.
  • Be proficient in lead management using cloud-based software such as Salesforce.
  • Experience selling background music or site-specific operational equipment/services into UK and global brands would be advantageous.

Internally, you should understand the importance of being a strong team player and be familiar with tools like Salesforce, Trello, and Slack for tracking sales metrics, collaboration, and communication.
