Responsibilities

  1. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly new business productivity measures.
  2. Meet Acquisition Targets, Order Revenue Targets, and maintain Acquisition retention targets.
  3. Identify, prospect, and convert independent and group prospects into customers.
  4. Plan and organize your time effectively to drive results and efficiency.
  5. Use CRM system to record visits, customer interactions, and orders.
  6. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  7. Negotiate and develop commercial trading agreements with key customers.
  8. Work proactively with the Field Sales Manager and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and a top customer experience.
  9. Visit target locations to cold call and promote Pipers crisps, emphasizing the benefits of the Pipers Direct Delivery Model.
  10. Monitor and communicate competitor and wholesale activity across internal departments.
  11. Attend trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
  12. Implement marketing initiatives and provide feedback on results.
