This full-service events and communications agency works with well-known global brands, mainly in healthcare and pharma, to deliver a range of events and experiences, from large-scale congresses for thousands of attendees to smaller meetings for 500 delegates. They operate worldwide in exciting destinations and are expanding their team to support growth.
The role
This highly autonomous yet collaborative role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the agency's global brand presence. Responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, presenting credentials, responding to RFPs, leading pitch processes, and securing contracts. The role requires working with internal and external stakeholders, preparing winning pitch responses, and attending events to engage new contacts.
About you
Applicants should have a proven track record in new business development within the events, exhibitions, and production industry. Experience in pharmaceutical or Life Sciences events/communications sectors is advantageous but not essential. Candidates must have experience managing the entire sales cycle, networking at industry events, and securing new business for an agency.
