Location: Bromsgrove (Hybrid options available)
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per year + Uncapped Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends)

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, forward-thinking insurance brokerage based in Bromsgrove. Our client is seeking a confident, driven New Business Commercial Executive to join their expanding commercial team. The Role


As a New Business Commercial Executive, you'll be key to driving growth-identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and offering tailored commercial insurance solutions. This position offers hybrid flexibility after onboarding and a clear path to progression.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new B2B opportunities
  • Follow up on warm leads and generate your own pipeline
  • Present tailored insurance solutions to business clients
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver excellent service


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in commercial insurance or B2B sales (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with phone-based engagement
  • Cert CII qualification is a plus, or willingness to study toward it
