Overview
At Compass Associates, we’re excited to partner with one of the UK’s most dynamic providers of private healthcare, specialising in community care within Mental Health and Complex Care. We’re looking to recruit a New Business and Relationship Manager to expand their Mental Health division nationwide.
The successful candidate will support the growth of the division by developing new partnerships with commissioners and ICBs across the UK, focusing on expanding services in the South and Midlands regions.
This role involves building relationships with NHS commissioners, ICBs, and other stakeholders, and requires travel across the UK. The position offers a hybrid working model, primarily remote with visits to the West Sussex HQ approximately every three months.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare or social care business development, with experience in community mental health. Existing connections with NHS commissioners, ICBs, and local authorities are highly desirable. You should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, driving growth, and managing complex sales cycles.
