Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Growth Director to join our team. As the New Business Director, you will be responsible for leading our agency's efforts in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Gen Z culture (music, entertainment), the social media landscape, fashion (streetwear, sneaker culture, and couture), along with a proven track record of successfully pitching and securing new business within the Gen Z market.
About You: Most likely, you will be a New Business Manager or Director at a Creative Agency who has built an excellent reputation for trust and delivering world-class marketing communications services to CMOs and Marketing Directors at blue-chip brands. You're looking to take a step up and lead the new business function at our client's business. You will be versed in social creativity, influencer marketing, and emerging trends such as social commerce, AR/VR, and AI. You will be able to dazzle clients with your expertise, be a trusted go-to consultant for all things social creative, and have a way of influencing clients and winning the business through trust and delivering great work.
