Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a customer service professional to respond to dealer enquiries, primarily by phone, and manage data across internal systems with accuracy and speed.

You will validate documents, authorise dealer payments, and liaise with Customer Services while staying compliant with FCA regulations. A strong emphasis on customer focus and flexibility in hours is required.

Qualifications

• Full PC literacy is essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience in a customer service centre, call centre or finance company is desirable.
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable.
• Ability to cope with pressure and meet deadlines; flexible pattern including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

Job description

Validating customer documentation with proposal details when received and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer. Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services. Maintaining your level of understanding of the FCA regulations to ensure you are competent to fulfil your role

Full PC literacy essential
