My client, a leading law firm, is looking for a New Business Advisor to join their Property team! This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic New Business Team, providing first-class service to new and existing clients while explaining the conveyancing process, providing quotes, and cross-selling additional legal services.
Location: Croydon - Flexible working 2/3 days per week in office
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 basic + commission (OTE £50,000+)Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Development:
- Handle all property-related new business enquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate conveyancing estimates to clients and referrers
- Manage specific agent and referrer accounts, including proactive outreach calls
- Follow up all estimates within 24-48 hours and provide feedback on lost instructions
- Cross-sell legal services to maximise client value
Administrative & Operational:
- Provide administrative support to property fee-earning teams
- Allocate cases based on referrer requirements and team capacity
- Maintain accurate records using Case Management Systems, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ensure all correspondence and conversations are properly documented
Client Service & Compliance:
- Assist clients through the on boarding process and answer queries promptly
- Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements for handling personal information
- Work to departmental targets and KPIs
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout all interactions
Relationship Management:
- Work closely with account managers to maximise referrer partnerships
- Build strong relationships across managed accounts to drive engagement
- Identify and report potential issues that could impact referrer relationships
- Support continued growth of the department through effective relationship building
- Property experience is essential
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
