About the role

The New Business Sales team drives customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Account Executives manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and activation — owning their market segments with a solution-oriented approach to rapidly grow our customer base.

We seek an Account Executive to deliver excellent customer experiences, identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and manage deals through to closure and activation. If you're motivated, challenge-loving, and act with integrity, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Reaching prospects via multiple channels, with a focus on cold-calling
  • Developing a lead sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying prospects
  • Managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and daily usage
  • Balancing your time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling, utilizing internal resources and engaging your team
  • Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate our value
  • Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market position, and solutions, supported by relevant case studies

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • At least 1 year of commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
  • A strong interest in building a career in a high-performing sales environment
  • Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities for optimal customer experience
  • Curiosity and a quick, data-driven learning attitude in a collaborative environment
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle engagement, closing, and CRM tasks
