About the role

Our New Business Sales team drives new customer acquisition for Revolut Business globally. Account Executives are skilled salespeople managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and activation. They own their market segments and use their expertise to grow our customer base rapidly.

We seek an Account Executive to provide excellent customer experiences, identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and manage deals from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

  • Outreaching prospects via multiple channels, emphasizing cold-calling
  • Developing lead sources by identifying key verticals and diversifying prospects
  • Building and managing your pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Balancing your time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling
  • Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate value
  • Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business and its solutions

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English and Polish
