Position Overview
As a Shared Ownership Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a busy caseload and play a crucial role in guiding clients through the conveyancing process for New Build properties under the Shared Ownership scheme. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and mortgage brokers.

Responsibilities

• Act for first-time buyers and home movers purchasing New Build properties under the Shared Ownership scheme
• Guide clients through the conveyancing process, providing clear communication and advice
• Handle related matters such as residential sales, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers' sales teams, and mortgage brokers
• Engage in business development and marketing activities to promote the firm's services

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Conveyancing
• Experience in New Build conveyancing and an understanding of Shared Ownership (helpful but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
