Job Title: New Build Mortgage Broker – £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £60k+
Location: Home-Based – Covering New Build Sites Across the West Midlands
Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to support up to 3 active New Build sites across the West Midlands. With strong lead generation, admin support, and flexibility to work from home, this is a genuine opportunity to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with New Build mortgages (ideal but not essential)
Ability to handle multiple sites and a high volume of business
Comfortable with CRM systems and tech platforms
Strong knowledge of mortgage compliance
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
A proactive approach to business development
