Cleaner

Location: Wellingborough NN8

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 (Occasionally these change, but no weekends)

Pay rate: £12.25 per hour

Start date: ASAP - MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE. CSCS Card would be beneficial

Join our client as a New Build Cleaner in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire

Enjoy Monday to Friday work with shifts typically between 08:00 and 17:30. The pay rate is £12.25 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of newly built houses on construction sites.
• Clearing debris and removing it from the site.
• Deep cleaning of entry doors, passages, surfaces, cupboards, furnishings, light fixtures, window frames, panes, and interiors.
• Deep cleaning of fixtures such as smoke alarms, switches, skirting boards, etc.
• Vacuuming floors and stairs.
• Dusting blinds if applicable.

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning on new build housing sites is desirable.
• Valid Clean UK Licence for insurance purposes.
• CSCS card is beneficial.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility with working hours.
