TSR Legal is seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancer to join its specialist residential property team in Cardiff. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, coordinating with developers, lenders and clients to ensure smooth transactions.

The successful candidate will have proven New Build conveyancing experience, strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills. TSR Legal offers a supportive environment and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience handling New Build conveyancing matters.
• Strong understanding of residential property law and New Build processes.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of New Build residential conveyancing from instruction to completion.
• Review, prepare and negotiate contracts and related documents.
• Liaise with clients, developers, lenders and third parties.
• Carry out searches, review title and due diligence for New Build transactions.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients.
• Maintain accurate case records and update clients throughout.
• Collaborate within the specialist New Build team to drive success.
