New and Used Car Sales Executive - Birmingham

Our client, a highly successful franchised Main Dealer, is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team in Birmingham West.

Motortrade experience essential

  • Uncapped commission, but realistic OTE of £50,000

The Individual

You must be a well-presented and professional Car Sales Executive with a clear understanding of the sales process, a stable employment history with a demonstrable record of success in order to be considered for this position.

Duties

The main duties include assisting customers with the purchase of new and used vehicles following a structured sales process:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Qualifying customer needs
  • Carrying out test drives
  • Part exchange appraisal
  • Presenting proposals
  • Closing deals
  • Carrying out a quality delivery

You must be currently working as a Car Sales Executive to be considered for this position and looking to join a professionally managed dealership where performance is highly rewarded and you will be recognized as an individual that contributes to the success of the business.
