New Account Manager (EN and FR speaking), London

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is looking for a New Account Manager to join its Third-Party Marketplace support team in London. This role involves supporting Fashion brands to launch on Amazon and helping small to medium-sized businesses grow on the platform.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Identifying, prospecting, and recruiting high-potential sellers via phone or email.
  2. Managing a pipeline of sellers to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  3. Providing data-driven insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their success.
  4. Educating sellers about Amazon’s standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  5. Enabling sellers to learn Amazon's tools for catalog, inventory, and sales management.
  6. Understanding Fashion category trends to tailor pitches effectively.
  7. Tracking, reporting, and analyzing business development results.
  8. Prioritizing tasks to achieve results in a target-driven environment.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods for SMBs.
  • Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level.
  • Proven success exceeding sales targets with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
