DESCRIPTION

Do you want to join a community of business development professionals that support the growth of small and medium-sized businesses? If helping others reach their full potential excites you, Amazon Fashion is seeking a New Account Manager for its Third-Party Marketplace support team in the UK.

Your role focuses on driving new business acquisition through various strategies. You will generate a pipeline of promising seller leads via prospecting, outreach, and other lead generation methods. You will support new sellers during their launch, guiding them through onboarding and helping them efficiently list their products to millions of Amazon customers. Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with your seller accounts, provide guidance and troubleshooting, and help them grow their sales by identifying operational improvements. You will also gather feedback from sellers to help Amazon enhance its products, services, and tools to better support third-party sellers.

This multifaceted role requires a blend of business development, account management, and customer advocacy skills.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers via phone or email.
  2. Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  3. Act as a business partner for new sellers, providing data-driven insights to optimize their success.
  4. Educate new sellers about Amazon's standards for Delivery and Customer Experience.
  5. Enable sellers to learn and use Amazon's tools for catalog, inventory, and sales management.
  6. Understand Fashion category specifics to identify trends and tailor pitches.
  7. Track, report, and analyze business development results.
  8. Manage your time effectively to achieve targets in a results-oriented environment.
Basic qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications
  1. Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes for small and medium businesses.
  2. Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level.
  3. Proven success exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
