Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ward 43 and NECU to maintain high standards of care.
• Support management team and contribute to service development.
• Lead clinical decisions and supervise staff during shifts.
• Ensure patient safety, quality of care and infection control.
• Develop and educate staff, participate in supervision and appraisal.
