Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited's Adderley Green Neurological Centre in Stoke-on-Trent invites you to join as a Speech and Language Therapist with neurological experience. You will lead therapeutic group sessions and build strong one-to-one relationships to support speech, language and communication recovery.

You will manage a designated caseload, complete assessments, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes in line with care plans.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience managing a caseload involving the assessment and treatment of dysphagia.
• Experience working with families.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapeutic group sessions and help people develop speech and communication skills.
• Build strong one-to-one relationships to encourage engagement and empower recovery.
• Manage a designated caseload: assess, plan and implement interventions, evaluate outcomes.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and access training opportunities.
• Undertake audits and contribute to research related to treatment provision.
