The Avalon Centre in Swindon, part of Elysium Healthcare, is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join its neurorehabilitation team. You will provide care to adults with neurological injuries and complex needs, supporting ward rounds, recording updates, and helping with personal care.

Qualifications

• Experienced Healthcare Assistant with a caring approach.
• Experience in caring for service users with neurological injuries.
• Ability to work in a neurorehabilitation setting with a supportive team.

Responsabilités

• Ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care with colleagues.
• Updating patient records and providing overall care and support.
• Assisting with personal hygiene as required.
